These Terms of Service govern your use of routerbox.shop and purchases made through the Routerbox online store. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies and notices linked from the store. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Purchases made through third-party marketplaces, including Etsy, are governed by the terms, policies, and checkout conditions displayed on those marketplaces and are not covered by these store Terms unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Products and Product Information
Routerbox sells physical polymer clay cutters and, where offered through routerbox.shop, related digital design files including STL files.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, options, specifications, and prices are accurate. Because physical cutters are produced using 3D-printing processes, minor manufacturing variations that do not affect normal function may occur. Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings.
Routerbox clay cutters are intended for craft, polymer clay, and jewelry-making use. They are not intended for food preparation, baking, or dishwasher use.
3. Made-to-Order Physical Products
Physical Routerbox clay cutters are produced to order, and production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact Routerbox as soon as possible. A cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production, processing, or shipment has begun.
Made-to-order status by itself does not remove any mandatory statutory cancellation, return, repair, replacement, refund, or other consumer right that applies to an eligible purchase.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. Routerbox may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of obvious pricing or product errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, technical errors, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that make fulfillment impossible or unlawful.
If Routerbox cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
5. Pricing and Currency
Prices displayed on routerbox.shop and transactions completed through checkout are currently processed in USD, unless checkout explicitly displays another supported currency.
Prices, discounts, shipping charges, and the total payable amount are shown before the customer completes the purchase. Any currency-conversion fee or card-issuer charge applied independently by a customer's bank or payment provider is outside Routerbox's control.
6. Payments
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment authorization and processing are handled through Shopify checkout and the payment service providers made available there. Routerbox does not directly store complete payment-card details.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Routerbox.shop currently accepts physical-product orders for delivery addresses in the United States only. Checkout for other destinations is currently unavailable.
Physical orders are dispatched from Türkiye using tracked international air shipping. Current processing times, shipping rates, free-shipping threshold, delivery estimates, tracking information, duties, and import-tax arrangements are described in the published Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier operations, customs processing, weather, holidays, local delivery conditions, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside Routerbox's reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address or order-detail error is noticed after purchase, Routerbox should be contacted as soon as possible.
8. Returns, Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged or defective items, incorrect or incomplete orders, and order cancellations are governed by the published Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms or the Return & Refund Policy is intended to override mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Digital STL Products
Digital STL products, where offered through routerbox.shop, are supplied electronically and are licensed, not sold with unrestricted ownership rights. Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property ownership to the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their software, equipment, and intended workflow are compatible with the file format and product information provided before purchase.
Where legally permitted, digital products may become non-returnable and non-refundable once immediate digital delivery or access has begun. Where applicable law requires it, the customer must first expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge the resulting loss of any applicable withdrawal right before access or download begins.
If a supplied digital file is corrupted, incomplete, defective, or incorrect, contact Routerbox for support.
10. Digital File License and Prohibited Uses
Digital products remain subject to the specific Routerbox license supplied with the product or download. Any permitted commercial use of physical outputs must follow that applicable license.
Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license, customers must not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, transfer, or publicly upload Routerbox digital files, claim Routerbox digital designs as their own, or sell or distribute modified or derivative digital versions of those files.
11. Intellectual Property
Routerbox branding, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, digital files, and other original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No Routerbox content may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or commercially exploited except where expressly permitted in writing or under an applicable product license.
12. Third-Party Services and Website Availability
The Routerbox store uses third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, shipping providers, analytics services, and other operational service providers. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Website features may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued where reasonably necessary.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Routerbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
14. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the published Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
Routerbox may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the store, products, services, legal obligations, or operational practices. The version published on the website applies from its stated effective or publication date.
16. Governing Law and Mandatory Consumer Rights
Routerbox is operated from Türkiye. These Terms are interpreted subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to an eligible customer or transaction.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
