Digital STL Files & License

Routerbox digital STL products are digital files only. No physical cutter, 3D-printed tool or finished clay jewelry is shipped.

By purchasing, downloading or using Routerbox digital files, the purchaser receives only the limited usage rights described on this page, in the applicable product listing and in the included Routerbox Digital STL License. Purchasing or downloading a file does not transfer copyright, design ownership or intellectual property rights.

Digital delivery

After successful checkout, your purchased files are made available digitally through the download delivery provided with your Routerbox order. Digital-only products do not require physical shipping.

Each product page states the exact STL files and sizes included with that purchase. Please keep a secure copy of your purchased files for your own permitted use. If you experience a file-related issue, contact Routerbox and we will help you with the supplied download.

3D printing

A 3D printer and slicer software are required to use Routerbox STL files. Import the supplied STL files into your preferred slicer and use the print settings that work best for your printer and filament. Final print quality can vary depending on your printer, filament, slicer, calibration, material and individual settings.

For imprint cutters, the printed tool cuts the outer silhouette while the internal details press the decorative imprint into the clay surface.

Permitted physical end products

You may use cutters or stamps printed from Routerbox STL files in your own workshop or production process. You may use those printed tools to create finished physical clay goods and sell finished pieces such as earrings, pendants, charms and ornaments.

This permission applies to finished clay goods only. It does not grant permission to sell or distribute the STL files or, unless a specific listing or written agreement expressly permits it, the 3D-printed cutters or stamps themselves. Normal slicing, orientation and scaling adjustments for your own printing workflow are permitted.

Intellectual property & ownership

All original Routerbox STL models, design geometry, original artwork, renders, photographs, graphics, written content, logos and related creative assets remain the intellectual property of Routerbox and are protected to the extent provided by applicable copyright, design, trademark and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Routerbox.

The license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable. You may not claim authorship or ownership of a Routerbox design or digital model, represent it as your own original digital design, or register or attempt to register Routerbox files or designs as your own intellectual property.

No resale, re-listing or indirect distribution

Routerbox STL files, ZIP archives and digital model data may not be sold, resold, shared, gifted, exchanged, sublicensed, uploaded, published, redistributed or otherwise made accessible to another person or business, whether directly or indirectly, free or paid, in whole or in part.

This restriction applies to the original files and to copied, renamed, compressed, converted, modified, remeshed, reconstructed or derivative versions. File conversion or modification does not create new ownership rights.

• Do not list or offer the digital files on another marketplace, online store, membership service or creator platform, including services such as Etsy, Shopify stores, Thangs, Cults3D, MyMiniFactory, Gumroad, Patreon, Ko-fi or similar platforms.
• Do not upload the files to public or private repositories, cloud-drive shares, shared folders, file-transfer services, forums, social platforms, messaging groups, Discord or similar communities.
• Do not include the files in bundles, memberships, subscriptions, giveaways, free bonuses, client deliverables or other digital packages.
• Do not share download links, account access or stored copies in a way that gives any third party access to the files.
• Do not transfer the files to another seller, studio, employee, contractor, client, print service or other third party unless Routerbox has given prior written permission.

Copies, derivatives & competing digital products

You may not trace, reproduce, scan, remesh, rebuild, reverse-engineer, closely imitate or create derivative digital models from Routerbox designs for resale, licensing, distribution, competing-product use or other unauthorized commercial exploitation.

Modified, converted or derivative versions of a Routerbox digital model may not be sold or distributed. The permitted slicing, orientation and scaling adjustments described above are for your own printing workflow only and do not create a new design or ownership right.

Images, listing content & branding

Routerbox listing photos, renders, graphics, logos, written descriptions and other brand assets may not be copied, republished or used to advertise another seller's products without prior written permission. Permission to sell finished clay goods does not include permission to reuse Routerbox marketing assets.

Protection, enforcement & license termination

Routerbox maintains records and documentation relating to its original works. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, re-listing, resale, copying or commercial exploitation may result in intellectual-property reports, marketplace or hosting-platform takedown requests, removal requests and other remedies available under applicable law. Routerbox reserves all rights to pursue appropriate legal remedies in relevant jurisdictions where necessary.

A material breach of these license terms terminates the rights granted under the license to the extent permitted by applicable law. After termination, the purchaser must cease any further use that depends on the terminated license and must not retain, distribute or exploit unauthorized copies. Ownership, intellectual-property restrictions and obligations arising from unauthorized use remain unaffected.

User responsibility, compatibility & warranty limitations

The purchaser is responsible for selecting and safely operating their own 3D printer, slicer, filament, print settings and related equipment, and for determining whether a printed tool or finished product is suitable for their intended use. Routerbox does not guarantee identical results across every printer, slicer, material, calibration or production environment.

The purchaser is also responsible for the manufacture, safety, labeling, marketing, sale and legal compliance of any physical products they produce using printed Routerbox tools, including compliance with laws, regulations and standards applicable to their own business and market.

Except for rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, Routerbox provides the digital files as supplied and does not accept responsibility for losses or damage arising from misuse, incompatible equipment or software, unauthorized modification, failed prints, unsafe operation, or the purchaser's manufacture, use or sale of printed tools or finished physical products. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Full license & support

The Routerbox Digital STL License PDF included with your digital purchase forms part of the license terms for the supplied files. If a specific product listing or a written agreement expressly provides different permissions, those specific permissions apply only to that product or agreement.
